A health coach, mom to my little boy Rayan, and co-founder of Mumchkin. Recently, I made the big decision to leave my corporate job so I could focus on two things that matter most to me: raising Rayan and pursuing my passion for health and wellness. The shift wasn’t just for me—I realized how many moms out there, just like me, are trying to balance motherhood, health, and life without losing themselves along the way. That’s what inspired me to start Mumchkin with my sister, Nadine.
Motherhood AND the pressure to juggle it all
As a health coach, my mission is to help other moms find their balance, strength, and confidence. I’ve been through it—I know how easy it is to lose sight of yourself while caring for a new baby, managing a household, and keeping it all together. I’ve lived that reality, and that’s why I’m so committed to supporting other moms in doing the same. Whether it’s through fitness, practical wellness advice, or simply sharing ways to take a breath when life gets overwhelming, I’m here to guide you through it all.
Outside of coaching, I’m all about lifting weights, dancing to 90s music, and indulging in a good coffee or protein mug cake (trust me, they’re a game-changer!). I’m also a huge fan of Christmas and cozying up with a hot chocolate when I can. These small joys fuel my energy and keep me grounded, and I bring that same energy into my coaching, helping you to feel strong and motivated.
At Mumchkin, my goal is to help you reconnect with your health and well-being by offering practical support and genuine encouragement. I’m here to guide you through real, lasting changes, turning moments of uncertainty into confidence and strength.
I’m not a doctor or therapist—I’m here as your friend and supportive coach. My style is warm and encouraging, with a blend of empathy and light-heartedness. You have the answers within you; my job is to help you uncover them through thoughtful questions and a nurturing environment. I, along with husband, Nizar, have been running our online fitness and nutrition platform, Athlete’s Diary for over 6 years. Last year, we decided to open up our very own gym in downtown Toronto, Empact!
Years of overtraining and undereating = 0 physical and mental improvement. My struggle became my very own mission. Weightlifting helped me see a whole new perspective to nutrition. I learned how to love and respect my physique & strength. My goal shifted from weight loss to performance and overall health.
