We’re hosting a special morning focused on Emotional Well-being in Motherhood at St. George's Anglican Church, in Madrid, just in time for the holidays. It’s a perfect opportunity to reflect and connect with other amazing moms, and partners are welcome too!

 We have two incredible speakers joining us, both of whom are also moms and experts in their field:

  • AnnSo, owner of Micasso Music Club, singer, and songwriter, who will share her journey of how music helped her fight her motherhood emotions and build her dream business

  • Miriam Mower, a psychologist from Open Psychology, who will help us dive into our emotional needs as moms.

This event is all about supporting each other and having real conversations about motherhood.

MEET WITH MUMS was an inspiring event that brought together new and expecting mothers for an afternoon of connection and learning. Held at Onoe, our event provided a supportive environment where mums could share experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance on health, fitness, nutrition, and time management. Yasmine led discussions on managing the challenges of motherhood while maintaining overall well-being, leaving participants feeling empowered and informed.

Guest Speaker: Bel, from Bel and Mums

Bel is an expert in childbirth preparation, hypnobirthing, feeding support, midwife consultations, postpartum care, maternity physiotherapy, baby sleep guidance, first aid, and home pediatrician visits. Her session provided invaluable insights into the journey from pregnancy to early motherhood, offering practical advice and professional expertise to help mothers feel confident and well-prepared for the challenges ahead.
